On site:

• Most sites are trouble free - what’s special about this one?

• Check for high temperature, dust (especially conductive) blocked airflow,
pollution, condensation etc.

• Check the simple things first:

Supply correct (all three phases) and in tolerance?
Run/stop, analog signals present in tolerance?
Motor correct type and correctly wired?
Parameters correct? Compare with list and what seems
reasonable.

• Exchanging a unit will tell you quickly if it is the inverter or installation.

• Inverters usually Run or fail; partial working is unlikely. Check by
disconnecting motor, setting parameters back to factory (save first!) and
running open loop.

• Make careful notes and number any print outs - you will not remember
anything!
